Online Sound Bath

This is a beautiful way to relax and replenish yourself; join Karen via Zoom and experience a sound healing session in the comfort of your home or office.

These sessions are currently FREE to attend.

Sound Bath at Undershaw’s in Hindhead, Surrey

Where: The Undershaw Arts and Media Centre, Tower Road, Hindhead, GU26 6SU.

A wonderful opportunity to leave the pressures of your day behind and switch off for a while, especially if you find it hard to meditate or relax on your own.

What to expect:

We start the classes with a short body awareness session, using gentle motion and movement designed to help you get out of your head, calm the mind and prepare you for the sound session.

During the sound session, you will be invited to lie on the floor with nothing to do but listen to the sound of the Himalayan bowls & bells.

The frequencies and vibrations of the bowls will relax you and help still your mind, and you may even drift off to sleep during the session.

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, socks, cushions, or pillows. We want you to be warm and cosy, so bring as much as you want to be comfortable lying on the floor.

If you prefer to sit on a chair, we have chairs available, and we still recommend a blanket, socks and cushion for your back and/or feet so that you stay warm and cosy during the session.

What to wear: Wear loose, comfortable clothing; leggings, joggers or even pyjamas :) We also recommend removing any heavy necklaces or bracelets, apple watches or other Bluetooth tracking devices and avoiding belts if possible.

What to expect: We will start with some simple movement and body connection exercises before we transition to the floor for the sound session.

Cancellation Notice: All classes can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 24 hours before the class time. If you aren’t able to attend within 24 hours of the class, get in touch with us, and although we can’t guarantee this, we may be able to transfer your booking to a future class.
