  • Using sound and movement to heal ourselves has been around for centuries. From ancient drumming to dancing around fires, we’ve been using the power of rhythm and vibration to shift energies in our bodies and feel alive.

Today, we are connected to our phones, and our busy schedules run our lives, and it’s easy to numb ourselves as we tread life’s conveyor belt as the weeks fly by.

There’s never been a more critical time to connect with our bodies, to feel sound vibrate through us, and to feel stillness.

For some, sound and movement can be an excellent way to relax and unwind after a busy day.

For others, sound and movement can help still your mind and deeply connect with your body, giving you the power to unlock unseen patterns and embrace new pathways without having to articulate or explain.

  • We usually have no more than 12 people in our group sound sessions.

  • Bring a yoga mat, blanket, socks, cushions, or pillows. We want you to be warm and cosy, so bring as much as you want to be comfortable lying on the floor.

If you prefer to sit on a chair, we have chairs available, and we still recommend a blanket, socks and cushion for your back and feet so that you stay warm and cosy during the session.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing; leggings, joggers or even pyjamas :)

We also recommend removing any necklaces or bracelets, Apple watches, or other Bluetooth tracking devices and avoiding belts if possible.

  • Our classes are a safe place to leave the pressures of your day behind, relax, and find stillness.

We start the classes with a short body awareness session, using gentle motion and movement designed to help you get out of your head, calm the mind and prepare you for the sound session.

During the sound session, you will lie on the floor with nothing to do but listen to the sound of the Tibetan Bowls. You may stay awake during the session or fall asleep and even snore … and yes, that’s OK!

If you prefer to sit in a chair, that’s OK, too.

Once we finish, we don't recommend rushing off to do lot of errands or go out all-night clubbing. You may find yourself energised, but for most people, you'll probably be ready for bed after you leave!

  • We have a strict no-latecomers policy to avoid disturbing others once we have begun. This means that if you arrive after the door has closed, we unfortunately can't let you in.
